- •Honeydew is seeking a Medical Director to lead clinical operations and provider network development for their growing dermatology platform.
- •This role will shape how hundreds of providers deliver care, launch new treatment pathways, and integrate AI into clinical workflows.
- •Key Responsibilities Design and roll out treatment workflows for new and existing conditions.
- •Assess provider strengths and gaps, establishing a performance framework for the remote dermatology workforce.
- •Implement QA systems, SOPs, and escalation workflows to ensure consistent care quality.
- •Requirements MD or DO with active license and 5+ years of clinical dermatology experience.
- •Operational experience (e.g., large derm network, consulting, PE, military) and an MBA.
- •Demonstrated experience building clinical systems, SOPs, and quality frameworks.
