• •As an Engineering Manager for the InStore team, you will lead a group of engineers building micro-frontends and microservices for physical retail environments.
• •You will balance people management with technical leadership, maintaining a 70/30 split between management and hands-on coding.

• •Requirements Proven experience managing software engineers in a distributed product team environment.
• •Strong engineering background in full-stack TypeScript development, including API and frontend construction.
• •Deep understanding of CI/CD, testing methodologies, and agile software development practices.
