- •Strong understanding of Mainframe environments; Cobol experience is a plus.
- •Experience managing outsourced development teams and global delivery models.
- •Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and work with technical/non-technical stakeholders.
- •Fluency in English and Swedish.
