Staff Software Engineer (Generalist)

Architect and lead development of core backend services and platform capabilities.

• •Join the founding engineering team to architect and build core backend services and platform capabilities powering Traba's industrial supply chain products.
• •Key Responsibilities Architect and lead development of core systems including real-time matching and ML-powered pipelines.
• •Make platform architecture and product decisions with the CTO.
• •Manage CI/CD, Docker, GitHub Actions, and automated testing workflows.
• •Build analytics, monitoring, and drive backend performance optimization.
• •Requirements 7+ years experience with TypeScript/Node.js or Python and PostgreSQL.
• •Experience with message systems like RabbitMQ or Kafka.
• •Expertise designing APIs and building scalable web applications.
• •Experience with Docker, GitHub Actions, and Datadog.
