Enable GSIs to deploy and scale Cognition's AI platforms by providing technical leadership and hands-on support.

• •Partner Deployed Engineers enable systems integrator partners to deploy, scale, and deliver value with Cognition's Devin and Windsurf platforms by combining deep technical work, partner enablement, and ecosystem thinking.
• •Key Responsibilities Own technical success of GSI partners across onboarding, enablement, and scaled delivery Work with partner engineering and architecture teams to build repeatable solutions and reference architectures Lead hands-on technical trainings, workshops, and co-deliver pilots and deployments Act as technical escalation for complex integrations, CI/CD, security reviews, and enterprise workflows Capture partner feedback to influence product roadmap and readiness Requirements Degree in a STEM field with strong engineering foundation Experience working with or alongside large engineering or services teams Strong communication and relationship-building with senior partner leaders High tolerance for ambiguity and willingness to travel 25–50% Advanced in at least one modern language and experience deploying production systems
