- •Key Responsibilities Structure and quote complex, multi-product and multi-year deals Drive deal formation from initial structure to signed contract while minimizing cycle time Coordinate cross-functionally with legal, finance, product, and sales on deal terms Run deal reviews and enforce business practices and discounting processes Requirements 5+ years in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations at B2B SaaS Experience structuring complex/non-standard commercial arrangements Familiarity with subscription, consumption-based, and hybrid pricing models Strong commercial instincts, cross-functional communication, and analytical skills
