• •Operate as a generalist partnering with founders to drive strategic and operational initiatives across a fast-growing applied AI cybersecurity startup.
• •Key Responsibilities Partner with founders and leaders on high-priority strategic and operational projects Conduct operational reviews to identify gaps and efficiencies Support hiring strategy and people/talent projects Build Cogent’s brand/community via events, partnerships, and content Own emerging strategic priorities end-to-end Requirements 2-4 years experience in consulting, banking, PM, or early-stage startups Comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous environments Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good judgment Exceptional written and verbal Communication skills High ownership mindset and relationship-building ability
