Manage enterprise deal strategy and operations, partnering across departments to structure and close complex deals.
- •Cursor is building the Deal Strategy & Operations function from the ground up, offering a chance to define it.
- •This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Legal, Finance, and Business Operations, owning how enterprise deals are structured and won.
- •Key Responsibilities Partner with sales, legal, finance, and revenue operations to structure, negotiate, and close complex enterprise deals.
- •Define and evolve pricing and deal frameworks, spotting trends and building scalable solutions.
- •Lead cross-functional strategic projects to address recurring deal friction and drive alignment.
- •Help stand up systems and processes supporting rapid growth, including tools like Salesforce and Ironclad.
- •Requirements 5-10 years of experience in consulting, investing, commercial strategy, or deal desk, with ownership of outcomes.
- •Experience with enterprise B2B SaaS or infrastructure deals, ideally $1M+ ACV contracts.
- •Highly analytical, comfortable analyzing pricing, building ROI models in Excel, and grounding recommendations in data.
- •Thrived in a 0-to-1 environment with urgency, ownership, and minimal hand-holding.
