Lead the Accounts Receivable & Collections team to drive operational excellence and customer service.
- •We are seeking an Accounts Receivable & Collections Team Lead to manage our team and enhance operational efficiency in accounts receivable, collections, and customer service.

- •Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team focused on accounts receivable and collections.
- •Drive operational excellence and improve collection processes.
- •Manage customer accounts and ensure effective customer service.
- •Prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and make sound operational decisions.
- •Analyze aging reports and develop payment arrangements.
- •Requirements Minimum of three years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, Customer Service, or a related business function.
- •Proven experience leading, supervising, or coordinating a team in a fast-paced environment.
- •Strong understanding of AR processes, collection procedures, and account management.
- •Excellent English and Spanish communication skills.
- •Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
