- •This role focuses on empowering car dealers and manufacturers through digital transformation and data-driven insights.
- •Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for data gathering and mapping from disparate sources for system integrations and centralized reporting.
- •Map out how data flows, transforms, and is presented across enterprise systems, demonstrating deep technical fluency and data literacy.
- •Collaborate with IT teams, software vendors, and business units to ensure system integrations and reporting meet user needs.
- •Create detailed documentation including functional specifications, epics, user stories, use cases, process maps, and data flow diagrams.
- •Assist in the development of test cases and coordinate business acceptance testing (BAT).
- •Requirements Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
- •Experience with data ETL transformation, migration, and warehousing.
- •Proficiency in querying databases and using visualization tools like Snowflake or Power BI.
- •Familiarity with business analysis tools and techniques (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Miro).
- •Knowledge of industry-standard methodologies and frameworks (e.g., BABOK, BPMN).
