- •We are looking for experienced Engineering Managers to inspire and guide some of our Engineering teams at Coconut.
- •You are expected to perform at a high level and lead your team in efficiently building solutions to revolutionize the banking experience.
- •Key Responsibilities Coaching, mentoring, guiding, and motivating a team of engineers.
- •Helping your team(s) deliver code in a high trust environment using agile ceremonies.
- •Overseeing the team’s planning, managing resource allocation.
- •Working with the engineering leadership team to define, implement and champion dept-wide standards and processes.
- •Requirements 3+yrs of proven experience managing engineering teams.
- •Experience working with Product Managers and Designers.
- •Prior experience working as a Software Developer on commercial web applications using modern programming languages.
