Founders Associate - Internship

Support the founder team in strategy and operations as a Founders Associate Intern.

• •As a Founders Associate Intern, you will support our founder team in all areas
• •from strategy to daily operations.
• •You can bring your own ideas, take on responsibility, and learn a lot.
• •Key Responsibilities Direct collaboration with the founders on strategic initiatives and operational tasks Assisting in the preparation of pitches, reports, presentations, and analyses Conducting market and competitive analyses Working on projects in business development, sales, fundraising, or operations
• •depending on the current focus Taking on your own small projects from start to finish Organizing and accompanying internal processes and meetings Requirements You are currently studying (Bachelor or Master) in a business-related field or are about to graduate You have practical experience in a startup environment, consulting, VC, or SaaS company (not mandatory, but a plus) You work independently, structured, and solution-oriented You are curious, analytically strong, and not afraid to get involved You speak fluent German and English
