Production Lead Operator

Lead Production Operator coordinating shifts, ensuring quality, and supporting the team.

• •As a lead operator, you will work in our Production team, coordinating areas and shift responsibilities to improve shift productivity.
• •You will be the go-to person for other operatives and prepare for shifts by confirming material and stock availability.
• •Key Responsibilities Coordinate areas & shift responsibilities and work with the team leader to improve shift productivity.
• •Conduct quality checks to ensure a great customer experience and meet product specifications.
• •Be the go-to person for all other operatives on shift.
• •Attend daily review meetings, appointing other operatives duties and appointing staff role change overs.
• •Perform machine/equipment hygiene and changeovers.
• •Requirements Previous experience as a line leader or area leader within the food manufacturing sector.
• •Ability to read and communicate confidently in English.
• •Numerate (able to understand and work with numbers).
