About the role
Field Coach for Sales to train and develop sales teams across Germany.
- •Enpal is seeking a Field Coach for Sales to conduct practical sales training across Germany, developing our sales teams and onboarding new employees.
- •You will provide ongoing support through shadowing, coaching, and feedback, ensuring consistent knowledge transfer and contributing to training concept improvements.
- •Key Responsibilities Conduct practical sales training and develop sales teams nationwide.
- •Onboard new sales employees and provide ongoing support through shadowing and coaching.
- •Train teams on new products, sales processes, and best practices.
- •Collaborate with the Learning & Development team on training concepts.
- •Travel regularly to Enpal locations across Germany (approx. 2-3 trips per month).
- •Requirements Experience in sales, ideally with experience in conducting sales training or coaching.
- •Ability to inspire people, convey knowledge clearly, and develop teams.
- •Confident demeanor, independent work style, and comfort in a dynamic environment.
