- •Key Responsibilities Perform detailed analysis of high-risk transactions to mitigate potential revenue losses.
- •Support customer inquiries escalated from Customer Service Representatives.
- •Determine existing fraud trends by analyzing accounts and transaction patterns.
- •Identify fraud rules and system improvements to mitigate loss and increase department efficiency.
- •Respond to banking partner inquiries and interact with external customers for KYC processes.
- •Requirements 2+ years experience in risk review with strong knowledge of back-end systems and Risk Assessment Methodologies.
- •Based in Bangalore, available for immediate joining in overnight shift, and flexible for a hybrid work model.
- •Demonstrated analytical skills, adaptability, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
