About the role
Drive sales for SMB customers in Brazil.
- •Junior SMB Account Executive responsible for outbound and inbound sales in Brazil, driving pipeline and revenue by landing net-new SMB customers and owning the full sales cycle.
- •Key Responsibilities Own targeted strategic accounts with inbound and outbound strategies.
- •Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to close.
- •Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- •Build relationships with decision-makers and drive rapid closures.
- •Maintain CRM data integrity and accurate forecasting.
- •Requirements Native Portuguese and fluent English. 2+ years B2B sales experience, with 1+ year in lead generation.
- •Proven track record developing greenfield territories and landing SMB logos.
- •Strong relationship-building and hunter mentality.
- •Comfortable in fast-paced startup and remote/distributed teams.
