Lead/Senior Solution Engineer - Turkey

Guide customers on Parloa's conversational AI platform, from discovery to successful handover.

• •As a Lead/Senior Solution Engineer, you will play a central role in helping customers understand and realize the value of Parloa’s conversational AI platform.
• •You’ll guide prospects and customers through their technical journey, from discovery and solution design to validation and successful handover.
• •Key Responsibilities Lead the technical aspects of the sales cycle, from discovery and solution design to validation through Proof of Value and Proof of Concept engagements.
• •Design scalable, enterprise-ready solutions tailored to customer needs, ensuring feasibility and alignment with business goals.
• •Translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value, guiding both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• •Feed insights into Product and Engineering to shape roadmap and improvements.
• •Work closely with Sales, Professional Services, Product, and global Solution Engineering teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• •Requirements 5+ years of experience as a Solution Engineer or in a similar customer-facing technical role within SaaS or enterprise technology.
• •Strong technical foundation across APIs, cloud environments, integrations, and enterprise architecture.
• •Experience supporting complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
