- •You will be instrumental in shaping the future of ML infrastructure at Stripe, impacting millions of businesses worldwide.
- •Key Responsibilities Serve as a technical lead across the ML Platform space.
- •Define technical direction for highly ambiguous projects and transform complex user needs into platform strategy.
- •Design system architectures for challenging ML Platform problems including AI/ML workflow orchestration, compute infrastructure, model training, LLM fine-tuning, and low-latency model inference.
- •Drive cross-team technical initiatives to improve ML development velocity and MLOps maturity.
- •Mentor and grow other engineers, serving as a role model for software systems.
- •Requirements 10+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on service-oriented architecture and large-scale distributed systems.
- •Proven track record as a technical lead, capable of providing technical direction and mentoring.
- •Experience building and operating production ML platforms in areas like model training, serving, orchestration, or ML data systems.
