Training Operations Associate II

Manage training logistics and support technical integrations for therapists.

• •As a Training Operations Associate II on Provider Enablement, you will manage onboarding and training logistics for therapists, improve training workflows, and support technical integrations to scale Lyra's therapy programs.
• •Key Responsibilities Facilitate live and asynchronous training sessions and troubleshoot technical issues.
• •Own end-to-end training logistics, documentation, and access prerequisites.
• •Serve as primary liaison delivering high-standard provider support.
• •Identify process gaps and implement scalable operational improvements.
• •Maintain training materials in Salesforce, WorkRamp, Zendesk, and Google Suite.
• •Requirements 3+ years in operations, provider relations, customer service, or enablement.
• •Fluency with Google Suite; experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, WorkRamp preferred.
• •Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• •Ability to navigate ambiguity and design data-driven process improvements.
