About the role

Manage training logistics and support technical integrations for therapists.

  • As a Training Operations Associate II on Provider Enablement, you will manage onboarding and training logistics for therapists, improve training workflows, and support technical integrations to scale Lyra's therapy programs.
  • Key Responsibilities Facilitate live and asynchronous training sessions and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Own end-to-end training logistics, documentation, and access prerequisites.
  • Serve as primary liaison delivering high-standard provider support.
  • Identify process gaps and implement scalable operational improvements.
  • Maintain training materials in Salesforce, WorkRamp, Zendesk, and Google Suite.
  • Requirements 3+ years in operations, provider relations, customer service, or enablement.
  • Fluency with Google Suite; experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, WorkRamp preferred.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and design data-driven process improvements.
