About the role
Leads the International CS team for global accounts.
- •The Senior Customer Success Manager leads the International CS team in managing health, retention, and growth of global accounts, ensuring premium customer experience across stakeholders and providers.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Customer Success Managers and CS Executives.
- •Own portfolio management, retention, renewals, and risk mitigation for global clients.
- •Drive strategic upselling, expansion, and collaboration with Sales and Commercial teams.
- •Oversee financial/account health, invoicing, and contractual implementations.
- •Provide market intelligence and run QBRs, reporting, and strategic recommendations.
- •Requirements 10-12+ years in relationship/account management roles; 5+ years in EAP or mental health settings.
- •Degree in business or related field; Master's preferred.
- •Proven team leadership, global account management, and strategic planning skills.
- •Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
