Lead partner growth and commercial performance for Buyagift and Red Letter Days.
- •We’re looking for a commercially sharp, data-led Head of Partner Growth to lead the partner-led growth engine across Buyagift, Red Letter Days, and third-party channels.
- •Key Responsibilities Deliver YoY growth from the partner base across all categories, including GMV, revenue and contribution Own intake margin performance, including commercial terms, funding and mix optimisation Translate commercial targets into clear partner plans and actions, with strong follow-through on delivery Build and execute partner growth plans by segment and category, with a focus on scalable performance Define and implement partner segmentation and coverage models across strategic, growth and long-tail partners Requirements Partner Growth & Commercial Performance Segmentation, Strategy & Planning Partner Development & Engagement Range & Category Growth New Partner Pipeline
