Lead flight software engineering team for advanced hypersonic vehicles.

• •Lead and grow the flight software engineering team to deliver flight control and mission-critical embedded software for advanced hypersonic vehicles, ensuring quality, safety, and integration with hardware and test efforts.
• •Key Responsibilities Manage and mentor flight software engineers and define team processes.
• •Drive technical strategy, architecture, and integration of flight control systems.
• •Oversee verification and validation including simulation, HIL, and flight tests.
• •Collaborate with hardware, systems, GNC, and flight test teams.
• •Requirements Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Engineering or related field. 8+ years in embedded flight software development; 4+ years in leadership.
• •Experience with real-time embedded and mission-critical software.
• •Experience recruiting, developing, and scaling engineering teams.
