TL;DR
Product Manager to lead agentic systems development for AI-powered manufacturing quality platform.
- •We're looking for a Product Manager to lead a growing team responsible for building the agents that evolve the Axion platform.
- •You'll work in close collaboration with our Engineering, Design, Solutions, and Operations teams.
- •The ideal candidate has a deep passion for the frontier of AI
- •particularly autonomous agents and multi-step reasoning systems
- •and is energized by the challenge of applying these capabilities to real-world problems in manufacturing and product quality.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Axion's agentic systems
- •the AI-driven workflows that autonomously detect issues, investigate root causes, and surface insights across our customers' product data Partner with Engineering and AI/ML teams to design and ship agentic pipelines that reason across heterogeneous data sources
- •from telematics and field data to customer complaints and service records Define how agents should orchestrate tasks, when to escalate to humans, and how to make agentic outputs explainable and trustworthy for enterprise manufacturing teams Requirements 3+ years of Product Management experience with at least 1–2 years working on Agentic solutions or automation-heavy products; preferably in B2B SaaS products Deep familiarity with the agentic AI landscape
- •LLM orchestration, tool use, multi-step reasoning, human-in-the-loop design, and agent reliability challenges Experience translating complex AI and data system capabilities into intuitive, high-value product experiences for non-technical enterprise users
