- •Key Responsibilities Own high-leverage growth channels end to end, starting with major industry networks and peer groups Build and maintain the relationships that unlock these channels, and turn them into measurable pipeline and revenue Use AI and automation aggressively to run more experiments, reach more people, and operate at a scale a traditional hire couldn't Design, run, and measure growth experiments, then productionize what works into repeatable systems Own your numbers and report clearly on what's working, what isn't, and where to double down Requirements 3-6 years in growth, strategy, consulting, banking, or another demanding, analytical role Exceptional relationship skills, people trust you and want to work with you quickly Genuine horsepower: you learn fast, think from first principles, and figure out hard problems without a template Fluency with AI tools and a bias for automating anything repetitive, you'd rather build a system than do the same thing twice High agency and a builder's mentality: you create your own leverage and move without waiting to be told Strong communication, written and verbal, with both operators and executives
