About the role
TL;DR
Owns employee product learning, understanding, and updates through enablement programs.
- •As August Health’s first dedicated Product Enablement Manager, you’ll own how employees learn, understand, and stay current on our product.
- •This is a highly cross-functional role sitting within the Product organization and partnering closely with Customer Experience, Sales, Support, and Product Marketing.
- •Key Responsibilities Define the product enablement roadmap and build scalable onboarding resources.
- •Translate product updates into timely, effective internal training programs.
- •Design and facilitate live training and develop role-specific self-service content.
- •Define metrics for enablement effectiveness and optimize knowledge systems.
- •Requirements Experience in product enablement, learning and development, customer education, or training.
- •Exceptional communication skills to simplify complex concepts.
- •Engaging and energetic facilitator comfortable with diverse audiences.
- •Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- •Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building programs from the ground up.
