About the role
TL;DR
Provide human oversight and domain expertise to AI agents in industrial manufacturing.
- •Key Responsibilities Continuous Monitoring: Utilize AI-powered dashboards to monitor production performance.
- •Anomaly Management: Review AI-generated alarms and process deviations.
- •Real-time Coordination: Act as a liaison between AI insights and on-site personnel.
- •Documentation & Handoffs: Maintain operational logs and ensure structured handoffs.
- •Domain Expertise: Provide human-in-the-loop escalation support.
- •Requirements Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing Operations, or a related technical field.
- •Industry Experience: 4–8 years of experience operating, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing industrial manufacturing processes.
- •Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with industrial systems including DCS, SCADA, Historians (e.g., AVEVA), and Industrial Automation.
- •Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and draw professional conclusions to improve manufacturing efficiency and yield.
- •Communication: Excellent verbal and electronic communication skills.
