TL;DR
Install, implement, and support Augury's industrial AI solutions in the field.
- •As a Field Engineer, you will be the face of Augury in the field, traveling extensively primarily across the United States, but also globally, to install, implement, and support our solutions.
- •This role requires a unique blend of mechanical aptitude, technical expertise, and customer-facing professionalism.
- •Key Responsibilities Travel 80–90% of the time to support customer sites Install and implement Augury’s hardware and services in industrial environments Partner with customers to ensure successful deployments and ongoing satisfaction Manage administrative responsibilities, including service reports and asset tracking Requirements Residence in Northeast or Midwest US within one hour of a major airport 5–10 years of hands-on experience installing or troubleshooting industrial controls, electromechanical systems, and/or wireless systems Strong understanding of rotating equipment operation and design Excellent verbal and written communication skills
