TL;DR
Owns talent strategy, headcount planning, org design, and hiring processes for Atoms.
- •Atoms is building Physical AI robots for industries like food, mining, and transport.
- •This role will own talent strategy, drive efficient growth through headcount planning and org design, and rebuild hiring processes.
- •Key Responsibilities Own Talent strategy end to end, translating priorities into structured projects.
- •Lead headcount planning and org design work, modeling workforce scenarios.
- •Redesign and operationalize a recruiting model for better hires, faster, and at lower cost.
- •Build goal-setting and performance programs that differentiate talent.
- •Serve as the analytical and operational backbone for people reporting and drive ROI analysis.
- •Requirements 5–8 years of experience, with a Tier 1 consulting background and meaningful time inside a high-growth operating company.
- •Track record of taking ambiguous problems to shipped outcomes.
- •Comfortable with data, able to pull, model, and present workforce analytics independently.
- •Ability to create structure where there isn't any, with strong project management instincts.
- •Operate with low ego and high output.
