- •Key Responsibilities Drive core research and develop cutting-edge modeling approaches.
- •Develop and implement RL feedback loops for biological language models.
- •Architect model training infrastructure and build/debug models.
- •Partner with the experimental team to create a cohesive system.
- •Requirements PhD in machine learning, computational biology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- •Experience training models from scratch, not just fine-tuning.
- •Hands-on experience with generative diffusion models and/or transformer architectures.
- •Familiarity with modern reinforcement learning methods.
- •Strong builder mindset with a track record of driving results.
