About the role
TL;DR
Design end-to-end AI-native product experiences for diverse users.
- •As a Senior Product Designer, you'll take ownership of the end-to-end experience across our AI-native products and deliver real impact, designing for a diverse set of users including clinic staff, patients, and internal teams across multiple touchpoints.
- •The quality of what you design will directly shape our growth trajectory.
- •Key Responsibilities Take end-to-end ownership of product design, shaping roadmap decisions and shipping at speed.
- •Design AI-native experiences across distinct user groups: internal operators, clinic users, and patients.
- •Design with commercial outcomes in mind, influencing ARR, retention, and expansion.
- •Leverage, maintain, and scale our design system.
- •Set and hold the bar for UI/UX quality.
- •Requirements 5+ years designing and shipping production-ready digital products, startup experience strongly preferred.
- •Demonstrated experience designing across multiple personas and surfaces, ideally within complex, high-stakes AI-driven products.
- •A track record of design work that measurably moved revenue metrics.
- •A portfolio that demonstrates systems thinking.
- •Proven ability to lead through ambiguity and iterate quickly.
- •Deep Figma fluency.
- •Fluent in weaving AI tooling into your workflow.
