TL;DR
Lead strategic health-system implementations and build the implementation team.
- •Assort Health is building a continuous conversation for every patient with an AI agent that remembers context and preferences.
- •This role will lead strategic health-system implementations, build and manage the implementation team, and set the standard for how Assort implements at health systems.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead complex health-system implementations end-to-end.
- •Build and lead the health-system implementation team.
- •Set the standard and build the playbook for health-system implementations.
- •Own team-wide launch performance and execution risks.
- •Serve as the executive relationship owner for flagship health-system accounts.
- •Requirements 8-12 years in Consulting, Implementation, or Delivery, with direct experience leading implementations at large health systems or IDNs.
- •Direct experience implementing SaaS/enterprise software at large health systems or IDNs.
- •Experience implementing software within an Epic environment at scale.
- •People-management experience building, managing, and developing teams.
- •Player-coach orientation, eager to personally own implementations while leading a team.
