About the role
TL;DR
Provide technical support and build customer relationships for a SaaS platform.
- •Assembled is seeking technical generalists to join their expanding Support team.
- •This role involves providing exceptional customer support, acting as a trusted partner throughout the customer journey, and contributing to company-wide improvements based on frontline learnings.
- •Key Responsibilities Create exceptional experiences for customers by owning interactions from contact to resolution.
- •Investigate and resolve technical issues by diving into logs, debugging, and writing code fixes.
- •Represent the voice of the customer by synthesizing feedback and influencing product direction.
- •Build for scale by identifying larger improvements and recommending process enhancements.
- •Collaborate fearlessly across the organization, partnering with CSMs, Engineering, and Product teams.
- •Requirements Minimum 2+ years in a technical customer-facing role at a SaaS company or startup.
- •Hands-on experience with SQL, APIs, and integrations.
- •Demonstrated ability to learn technical concepts quickly and deliver complex troubleshooting steps.
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills across multiple support channels.
- •Comfortable working with databases, developer tools, and debugging methodologies.
