Manage material handling, inventory accuracy, and warehouse operations using ERP systems.
- •The Senior Associate, Material Handling is responsible for receiving, storing, tracking, moving, and shipping materials to support manufacturing, service, and operational activities.
- •This role plays a critical part in ensuring inventory accuracy, material availability, and efficient material flow.
- •Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, store, and process incoming materials.
- •Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records through ERP and warehouse management systems.
- •Manage material movement activities including receiving, storing, transferring, picking, staging, kitting, issuing, and shipping materials.
- •Investigate and resolve inventory, receiving, shipping, and transaction discrepancies.
- •Collaborate with purchasing, planning, logistics, warehouse, and production teams.
- •Requirements Associate or bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience with exceptional ERP system expertise.
- •Proven experience in material handling, inventory control, warehouse operations, logistics, or a manufacturing environment.
- •Strong hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP (preferred), or similar platforms.
- •Proficiency with inventory management software and warehouse management systems.
- •Strong problem-solving, organization, and attention-to-detail.
