Manage material handling, inventory accuracy, and warehouse operations using ERP systems.
•The Senior Associate, Material Handling is responsible for receiving, storing, tracking, moving, and shipping materials to support manufacturing, service, and operational activities.
•This role plays a critical part in ensuring inventory accuracy, material availability, and efficient material flow.
•Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, store, and process incoming materials.
•Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records through ERP and warehouse management systems.
•Manage material movement activities including receiving, storing, transferring, picking, staging, kitting, issuing, and shipping materials.
•Investigate and resolve inventory, receiving, shipping, and transaction discrepancies.
•Collaborate with purchasing, planning, logistics, warehouse, and production teams.
•Requirements Associate or bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience with exceptional ERP system expertise.
•Proven experience in material handling, inventory control, warehouse operations, logistics, or a manufacturing environment.
•Strong hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP (preferred), or similar platforms.
•Proficiency with inventory management software and warehouse management systems.
•Strong problem-solving, organization, and attention-to-detail.
