- •Arrive Logistics is seeking an enthusiastic Mexico Carrier Success Representative to provide premier service and support to carrier representatives.
- •This role involves assisting with tracking, building business, and enhancing sales capabilities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- •Key Responsibilities Coordinate cross-border operations with internal teams and external partners.
- •Manage load board for optimal visibility and data accuracy.
- •Execute problem-solving to streamline processes and manage load settlements.
- •Facilitate load booking and assist in tracking load milestones.
- •Publish truck listings, present load offers, and refine negotiation skills.
- •Requirements High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
- •Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency.
- •Passion for quality customer service and detail-oriented approach.
- •Organized with strong time management skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
