About the role
TL;DR
Lead and coach a team of AEs to exceed sales targets in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
- •As Arketa's second Sales Manager, you will lead a growing team of Account Executives, focusing on coaching and developing junior sellers to exceed pipeline and revenue goals.
- •You will be instrumental in experimenting with new sales plays, segments, and team models to drive rapid growth.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of 6–10 AEs to exceed pipeline and revenue targets.
- •Coach the team through call reviews, live deal coaching, and skills development.
- •Recruit, onboard, and train reps across the full sales cycle.
- •Design, trial, and iterate on new sales plays, new segments, and new team models.
- •Use AI tools like Claude for analysis, coaching materials, and sales enablement.
- •Requirements 3–5+ years of experience managing sales teams at a fast-paced SaaS company.
- •Deep coaching experience, especially developing junior sales reps.
- •Hands-on experience and comfort using AI tools like Claude for sales workflows.
- •Strong operational skills and experience with HubSpot CRM, Avoma, Revenue Hero, and Google Sheets.
- •A genuine passion for fitness, wellness, entrepreneurship, and building something new.
