About the role
TL;DR
Owns sales org success through coaching, training, and process, accountable for new hire performance.
- •Arketa is building the operating system for modern fitness and wellness.
- •As our Sales Enablement Manager, you will own the success of our entire sales organization through coaching, training, and process improvement.
- •You will be directly accountable for the first three months of new hires' performance.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the onboarding and ramp program for AEs end-to-end.
- •Run the new-AE incubator for core/high-velocity AEs, getting them to their first 3 sales.
- •Onboard and train Mid-Market and Enterprise AEs on a longer, segment-appropriate ramp.
- •Sit on demos with newer AEs and coach them live and after the call.
- •Build and maintain playbooks, battlecards, demo scripts, and objection handling.
- •Requirements Prior experience as a trainer, in L&D, or in a dedicated sales enablement role.
- •Real sales experience to coach credibly on live demos and cold calls.
- •Strong coaching skills for developing reps and turning feedback into performance.
- •Proven success onboarding and ramping new sales reps quickly.
- •Hands-on AI (Claude) experience to build materials fast.
