TL;DR
Design and build AI solutions for enterprise customers, acting as a technical authority.
- •Arcade is building the infrastructure for AI applications, enabling AI models to take real-world actions.
- •As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will be a technical authority, designing and building solutions for Fortune 500 customers to integrate AI into their existing technology landscapes.
- •Key Responsibilities Partner with AEs to lead technical discovery and evaluations with key customer stakeholders.
- •Design and build custom prototypes and reference architectures showcasing AI-driven actions.
- •Translate complex infrastructure concepts into clear, value-driven solutions for customers.
- •Act as a conduit for market feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
- •Navigate complex technical hurdles to drive technical wins in deal cycles.
- •Requirements 3+ years of experience as a Pre-Sales/Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, or technical consultant.
- •Deep integration and systems architecture fluency, with hands-on coding experience in modern languages.
- •Strong curiosity, business acumen, and the ability to explain technical concepts to executives.
- •An evangelist mindset with a passion for creating technical content and speaking at conferences.
- •An AI-forward mindset, actively using AI and eager to master the agentic landscape.
