•You will implement and tune reinforcement learning and control algorithms for high-DOF robotic hands, translating research into production-grade software for simulation and physical hardware.
•Key Responsibilities Implement and tune control algorithms for multi-fingered hands.
•Develop and maintain manipulation software for real-time execution.
•Translate state-of-the-art methods into production-grade C++/Python.
•Build and refine sim-to-real pipelines.
•Deploy and debug manipulation capabilities on physical robots.
•Requirements Dexterous manipulation experience: multi-fingered grasping, in-hand manipulation, and high-DOF hand control.
