- •Apptronik is seeking a Senior Manager, Service Materials & Infrastructure to lead their Global Service & Support inventory, demand planning, and internal supply chain.
- •This role is crucial for ensuring maximum fleet uptime for their advanced commercial humanoid robots.
- •Key Responsibilities Develop and manage service demand planning cycles and inventory controls.
- •Implement automated inventory tracking systems and conduct audits.
- •Optimize global material positioning and reverse logistics workflows.
- •Architect and standardize warehouse infrastructure and ensure 5S excellence.
- •Lead and mentor a high-performing inventory team and act as a cross-functional liaison.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent industrial/military experience. 8-10+ years of progressive experience in inventory management, global warehouse control, or post-sales service supply chains. 4+ years of experience managing and scaling operational teams.
- •Operational knowledge of ERP, WMS, and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Business Central).
- •Strong understanding of international trade, customs documentation, and 3PL management.
