About the role
TL;DR
Lead the Storage business at AnyVan, ensuring it scales effectively and meets financial targets.
- •Join AnyVan as Head of Storage to lead a team across sales and operations, ensuring the Storage business scales effectively.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the Storage P&L end to end: revenue, conversion, margin and debt recovery.
- •Drive lead-to-booking conversion, set targets, and coach the team to hit them.
- •Ensure onboarding, redelivery, complaints, billing, collections have clear owners, cadences, SLAs, and escalation paths.
- •Recruit, coach, and structure the team as it scales, setting the culture by living it.
- •Own the reporting hub, ensuring you understand the data and make informed decisions.
- •Requirements Proven experience leading a combined sales-and-service operation with real commercial ownership.
- •Comfortable owning a P&L and the trade-offs that come with it.
- •Track record leading teams of 10+ across more than one function and coaching the managers, not just the frontline.
- •Serious data fluency across CRM and support tooling (HubSpot, Zoho, Freshdesk or similar).
- •Passion for AI and hands-on experience deploying AI tools.
- •Experience scaling or fixing a team before, with the discipline to implement simplicity and things that stick.
