Manages the operational backbone of ANINE BING's European wholesale business.
- •ANINE BING is seeking an ADV Manager EU to manage the operational backbone of their European wholesale business, focusing on order management, compliance, and customer service.
- •This role is crucial for shaping the brand's EU growth and reclaiming markets currently operated under agent contracts.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the full order lifecycle in NetSuite, including PO management and order release.
- •Ensure shipping compliance for key accounts and manage their portals and catalogs.
- •Act as the primary EU point of contact for the 3PL warehouse partner and sales agents.
- •Produce weekly reports, handle follow-ups on swaps, reorders, RMAs, and claims.
- •Build and maintain operational KPI dashboards to inform commercial decisions.
- •Requirements 5-8 years of experience in wholesale Sales Administration, Customer Service, or Order Management in fashion.
- •Fluent English and French; a third European language is a strong plus.
- •Demonstrable experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred), 3PL coordination, and Key Account portals.
- •Strong understanding of wholesale fashion commercial mechanics and compliance frameworks.
- •Entrepreneurial spirit and agility to build and improve processes.
