- •Anduril Industries is seeking a Director of Supply Chain to establish and lead the supply chain function at Arsenal-1, their flagship factory near Columbus, Ohio.
- •This role involves building the supply chain from the ground up, ensuring material and supplier readiness for production increases and new product families.
- •Key Responsibilities Define and build the Arsenal-1 supply chain function, including its charter, scope, and operating model.
- •Develop and execute integrated plans for standing up the function, focusing on people, process, systems, supplier qualification, and inventory.
- •Drive material and supplier readiness in collaboration with Sourcing, Engineering, and Quality teams.
- •Establish and manage key supply chain metrics, acting as the senior supply chain voice at the site and managing executive relationships.
- •Requirements 10+ years in supply chain, materials management, planning, or manufacturing operations in a hardware/manufacturing environment.
- •Proven experience building and scaling an organization, including hiring senior talent and developing managers.
- •Experience owning an S&OP or equivalent enterprise planning process end-to-end.
- •Proficiency in ERP/MRP platforms (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and advanced planning tools.
