- •Anduril Industries is seeking a Chief Engineer to lead the design and delivery of a next-generation vehicle product that transforms any vehicle into a software-defined mission system.
- •This role will focus on architecting and implementing a vehicle-to-mission interface layer.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end architecture of the vehicle to mission interface layer.
- •Define standardized APIs, data models, and ICDs for reusable mission services.
- •Architect managed power and compute systems and build the plug-and-play mission kit framework.
- •Lead cross-functional engineering execution from concept through production.
- •Partner with OEMs, mission partners, and customers to drive platform adoption.
- •Requirements Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, computer science, or related field. 15+ years of experience in complex system architecture and integration. 5+ years of experience leading multi-disciplined teams developing software-enabled hardware products.
- •Expertise in vehicle electrical and power systems and embedded systems.
- •Experience applying safety-critical frameworks and designing systems with fault isolation.
