TL;DR
Infrastructure Engineer to own and scale AI agent systems for financial audits.
- •Andera is building reliable AI agents for back-office finance, automating audits for large public companies.
- •This role focuses on owning the infrastructure systems that power these complex, data-intensive AI agents.
- •Key Responsibilities Design and operate the compute and orchestration layer for AI agents using Temporal, Docker, and AWS Fargate.
- •Scale data ingestion and processing pipelines to handle large datasets efficiently.
- •Build robust observability, alerting, and tracing systems for production debugging.
- •Own CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and deploy safety for rapid iteration.
- •Harden security, isolation, and reliability to meet enterprise customer standards.
- •Requirements Strong systems engineering fundamentals for designing concurrent, distributed workloads.
- •Production infrastructure experience, owning cloud infrastructure end-to-end.
- •Pragmatic automation instincts and preference for codifying infrastructure.
- •Comfort learning non-engineering domains quickly.
- •Experience with TypeScript, Python, Temporal, Docker, Terraform, and AWS Fargate is a plus.
