TL;DR
Lead end-to-end AI deployments for healthcare customers, defining architecture and technical plans.
- •As a Senior Applied AI Engineer at Amigo, you will lead the technical delivery of customer deployments end-to-end.
- •You'll set the architecture, break down complex problems, commit to timelines, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead AI deployments for major healthcare customers from initial conversation to production.
- •Translate ambiguous customer needs into clear technical plans with defined owners and timelines.
- •Make critical tradeoff decisions regarding development priorities, reuse, and scope.
- •Collaborate directly with customers to maintain alignment on scope, timelines, and quality.
- •Requirements Proven ability to break down complex, ambiguous problems for engineering teams.
- •Experience with LLMs and agent systems, or the capacity to quickly gain depth.
- •Strong judgment for making tradeoffs and the ability to push back when necessary.
- •Leadership skills in architecture and/or people management.
- •Low ego, direct communication style, and a commitment to high standards.
