Forecasts and schedules aircraft maintenance events and develops strategies to mitigate operational disruptions.
•The Maintenance Planner forecasts and schedules maintenance events, ensuring proper aircraft routing to meet the needs of Maintenance, Materials, and Operations.
•This role develops and executes preventative and predictive strategies to mitigate irregular operations.
•Key Responsibilities Conduct short-term, mid-term, and long-term forecasting based on expected utilization and analyses.
•Schedule all maintenance within time limits, accounting for manpower, ground time, tooling, parts, and facility requirements.
•Forecast workload to ensure timely publication of daily workload and manage incremental workload associated with engineering orders.
•Supervise aircraft routing and tracking to designated maintenance facilities and manage real-time operational changes to drive workload efficiencies.
•Develop recovery plans for irregular operations due to delays and cancellations.
•Requirements Minimum three (3) years' experience of aircraft maintenance or related operational or analytical planning experience.
•Bachelor's Degree in a Related Field.
•Authorization to work in the US.
•Ability to handle big data and logically apply it in a real-time environment.
•Exceptional verbal/written communication skills and an analytical mindset.
