- •Focusing on the variability problem in data ingestion, this role leverages cutting-edge AI tools to design systems that handle diverse data formats from external healthcare sources.
- •The goal is to quickly integrate new data feeds to improve patient population information and enable better provider care.
- •Key Responsibilities Develop and implement scalable and performant solutions.
- •Partner with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and stakeholders to develop and execute technical roadmaps.
- •Mentor and coach more junior engineers.
- •Requirements BS/BTech (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field. 6+ years experience as an engineer doing backend or data engineering development. 3+ years of experience working with SQL or other database querying language. 3+ years of experience acting as a trusted technical decision-maker in a team setting. 3+ years of experience coaching other engineers.
