- •AlayaCare is seeking a Senior GTM AI & Automation Specialist to build AI-enabled workflows and agents that enhance the company's Go-to-Market motion.
- •This role focuses on leveraging AI to optimize sales, marketing, and customer success operations.
- •Key Responsibilities Design, build, deploy, and scale AI-enabled workflows and agents across the revenue organization.
- •Evaluate, optimize, and manage the integration of core revenue technology platforms.
- •Define and track success metrics for AI initiatives and build reporting frameworks to demonstrate ROI.
- •Requirements Proven experience designing, building, and shipping AI-enabled workflows in production.
- •Hands-on fluency with AI automation platforms (e.g., Clay, Zapier, Make, Workato, n8n).
- •Working knowledge of prompt engineering, agent-based workflows, and AI orchestration.
- •Experience within a revenue organization (RevOps, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, Enablement).
- •Data-driven with experience using data, dashboards, and reporting to identify opportunities and measure impact.
