- •Key Responsibilities Create and maintain test returns for complex federal or state tax returns to ensure compliance with IRS regulations Stay current on federal and state legislative updates affecting taxation and reporting Design, document, and execute test scenarios to validate all aspects federal and state calculations and ensure accurate software functionality Perform detailed validations of software outputs against manual calculations Recommend enhancements to improve the accuracy and usability of the tax software Requirements Experience with one or more of these forms
- •1065, 1120, 1120S, 1040, 1041, 990
- •with a focus on Business Return Prep Familiarity with CCH Axcess, GoSystem RS, ONESOURCE, Corptax, UltraTax, Lacerte, other comparable software packages Multiple years of experience in the tax software industry, return development, and QA.
- •Familiarity with LLMs and modern AI tools
