- •Aiwyn is seeking a Staff Product Designer to shape the future of their accounting firm platform.
- •This role focuses on preparing the design system for AI-driven prototyping and development, ensuring consistency and structure for AI tools.
- •Key Responsibilities Define and uphold quality standards for owned product surfaces.
- •Drive the strategic direction and consistency of the design system, supporting AI enablement.
- •Contribute to product strategy and vision, tackling ambiguous problems.
- •Solve complex system-level design challenges, including information architecture and cross-surface consistency.
- •Lead research efforts to inform product decisions across areas.
- •Requirements 8+ years of experience designing complex B2B SaaS products.
- •Direct experience owning or significantly shaping a design system.
- •Experience with token-based design systems and component libraries spanning design tools and code.
- •Proven ability to manage ambiguous, cross-team initiatives autonomously.
- •Strong track record mentoring designers and shaping team practices.
